Information is collected so Nikki Carter can respond to your inquiry, research a property you asked about, prepare a home value estimate, and provide the real estate services you requested. It is used for follow-up consistent with the reason you submitted it.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in unrelated automated email or text message marketing.

Information submitted through this website is not sold or rented to anyone. It may be shared only where necessary to provide the service you requested, such as with Nikki’s brokerage, eXp Realty, or with a professional you ask to be connected with, or where required by law.

This website is hosted and published through Lovable. Form submissions are stored in a database provided by Lovable Cloud (Supabase), and email notifications about new form submissions are sent to Nikki through Lovable’s email service. Some links on this website open third-party sites, such as the eXp Realty home search, the online scheduling calendar, and Nikki’s social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools added by Nikki. Standard technical logs may be kept by the hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

Submissions are kept in the website database so Nikki can follow up and keep a record of the conversation. Access to that database is limited to Nikki and authorized account access.
